  • Located in South Sioux City, NE, part of the Sioux City IA metro area with a population of 115,000. Operations
Fleet managers and customer service managers, working in the heart of the company, generating profitable revenue by effectively managing our driver and customer asset bases on both the long haul and dedicated operations. Safety, Compliance,& Risk Management
Ensuring the company is in full compliance with all Federal, State and Local regulations, handling claims, insurance negotiation, risk management control, personal management and the supervision of the company's risk management and loss control portfolio of programs. Three key attributes needed for this career path are Attention to detail, good negotiating techniques, and diligent organization skills.

Driver Recruiting, Retention & Orientation
Management of the company's process of recruiting selection. Qualification and training of the drivers. Three key attributes needed for this career path are a high energy level, effective communication skills, and attention to detail.

Finance Administration
Management of the company's various accounting processes, such as billing, P&L, data processing, cost control, payroll functions, and strategic financial planning. One must understand generally accepted accounting practices, have proficient computer skills AS400 & Microsoft Excel. Three key attributes needed for this career path are the ability to consistently follow a process, math skills and attention to detail.

MIS
Oversee the network, servers, mainframe systems and communication systems. Must have working knowledge of AS400, Windows, Microsoft office, routers and mainframes. Three key attributes needed for this career path are technical knowledge, sense of urgency and problem solving.

Maintenance Administration
Management of the company's maintenance and repair functions on a day to day basis: controlling parts inventory and pricing, reviewing equipment specifications and costs, processing over the road breakdown/ repair functions and overall cost control of maintenance and repair. Three key attributes needed for this career path are Technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and problem solving.
